Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos for verification.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery items once worn or used are not eligible for return.
